Satish Vegesna has adapted the Gujarati version and made enough changes to suit Telugu sensibilities. Kalyan Ram plays a good Samaritan in the movie. Aditya Musics Subhash Gupta and Umesh Gupta and senior producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad are jointly bankrolling the project. Gopi Sundar is composing the music.

This movie has now an exciting title, Entha Manchi Vadavura. The title is taken from the opening stanza of a classic Telugu duet, sung by the legendary Ghantasala and Melody Queen P. Susheela for their 1960 movie, Nammina Bantu. The musical score of Nammina Bantu was by Master Venu and S. Rajeswara Rao. The film marks Kalyan Rams 17th film.
